Woman injured after being involved in rollover and having to be extricated by firefighters Sunday afternoon

On Sunday, June 4th, 2023, at 4:45 pm, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response were dispatched to a reported vehicle collision with injuries at the intersection of Countryside Dr and Fulkerth Rd, Turlock.

When crews arrived on scene, they found two vehicles involved. The first was a black 2022 Nissan Maxima and the second was a white 2015 Toyota Prius. The white Prius had rolled over and was resting on its driver’s side against a tree in a front yard.

A total of five people were involved, one of which suffered moderate injuries and was ground transported by American Medical Response to a local hospital after having to be extricated from the vehicle by firefighters. The other four people suffered minor injuries and refused to be transported to the hospital.

Both vehicles sustained major damage and were deemed inoperable as a result of the collision, requiring them to be towed away.

It’s currently unknown how the collision occurred.
